Candle Safety

• Burn within sight.

• Keep away from children & pets.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Never use water to extinguish a candle.

• Ensure wicks are upright & trimmed to 5mm

• Do not burn METAMELBOURNE candles for less than 1 hour or more than 4 hours at a time.

• Stop burning when 1cm of un-melted wax remains in the vessel

• Never move a burning candle. Ensure the candle is extinguished, wax is solid & jar is cold before handling.

• Vessels may become hot. Burn candles on an appropriate flat heat-resistant surface. Note, wood is not heat resistant. Place vessel onto the lid for safe burning on wooden surfaces.

• Place candles away from drafts, small children, pets & flammable material.

• Do not burn for less than one hour or more than four hours at a time.
