These terms & conditions govern the use of lunamossflowers.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it. Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers & limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and & understood these terms & conditions. Luna Moss Flowers reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without proving notice.

If you do not agree or are unable to agree with ANY of the terms & conditions then you must not place an order or enquire. All discrepencies will be referenced back to the terms of all orders, quotes, emails, or any forms of communication with Luna Moss Flowers. Any enquiries regarding these terms can be directed to lunamossflowers@gmail.com

It is an essential pre-condition to using our website that you agree and accept that Luna Moss Flowers is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer, related to your use of the website, Luna Moss Flowers, whether from errors or omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. 


All quotes produced by Luna Moss Flowers are valid for 30 days. Full payment of ALL events are required 14 days PRIOR to event date. Events are confirmed upon receiving of payment, unless specified by Luna Moss Flowers head of events. All props provided by Luna Moss Flowers are the property of Luna Moss Flowers and provided on a hire-only basis, unless purchased by the customer or client. Luna Moss will collect all hired items unless specified by Luna Moss head of events, props are to be returned by client. This must be within 7 days of event date, if hired items are damaged by customer or client, this will incur additional fees to the value of prop.

If collection of hired items outside of business hours an additional charge will be incurred. Luna Moss reserves the right to photograph all arrangements upon installations for promotional material use.



Luna Moss handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer protection legislation.

All quotes produced by Luna Moss Flowers are valid for 30 days. All weddings require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the date, unless specified by Luna Moss Flowers Head of Weddings. Full payment of all weddings is required 28 days days prior to wedding date. If collection of hired items outside of business hours an additional fee will incur. Luna Moss reserves the right to photograph all arrangements for promotional material use. Cancellations made within 1 month will result in loss of the complete payable amount. All props or hired items provided are the property of Luna Moss and are provided on a hire-only basis, unless purchased by customer or client. Luna Moss collects all props, unless specified by Head of Weddings. If props are to be returned by the client, this must occur within 7 days of wedding date.

Products provided by Luna Moss are of a perishable, natural item and flowers lifespan is dependant on species, weather resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature and Luna Moss accepts  no responsibility for flowers wilting in over 25C heat. We need to be notified on the day of the wedding if there are any problems with the items or goods. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you are acknowledging there will be discrepancies between acts of nature, produced goods and flower lifespan. 

Luna moss will not be liable for non-delivery that includes acts of nature, road closures, changes and updates to contract.

Sign-off of any changes no less than 7 days before wedding date.



Event & Wedding Payments

All payments made by VISA and Mastercard will incur a 1.5% processing fee, payments made by American Express will result in a 3% processing fee.


Refunds & Warranties

  • Luna Moss Flowers DOES NOT offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the lifespan of your flowers, please contact us at info@lunamoss.com.au to discuss. We may ask for photos as proof so that we may pass these onto our suppliers.
  • We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure they provide us with all detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
  • If the wrong delivery address is given, or the recipient is unable to receive flowers, we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost.
  • We expect your flowers to last between 4-7 days, flowers will last longer if they are well looked after, please refer to our flower care guide for instructions. Luna Moss Flowers is not responsible for lack of care once delivered, such as - not placing in fresh water or a difference in temperature, however if you have any concerns please contact us at info@lunamoss.com.au so that we can aid you to rectify these situations if possible.
  • Luna Moss Flowers CANNOT guarantee the exact colour or variations of ANY flower, plant or product used in the arrangements, all natural products are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products will ever be the same. We will substitute if necessary to make your arrangement as gorgeous and fabulous as possible.
  • PLEASE CHECK:All delivery address and recipient details are correct.
  • Luna Moss must be notified within 2 days of purchase of all refunds and returns.
  • Luna Moss will not accept returns based on change of mind  or design.
  • In cases of flowers perishing within 2 days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed or if Luna Moss have produced the incorrect goods, Luna moss will provide a replacement of gift certificate. the value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion of Luna Moss. Luna Moss reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records. Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.
